Dr Matthew Anderson BMed(hons),FRANZCP, PhD is a clinical psychiatrist in private practice specialising in adult trauma. He has been practicing psychiatry for 20 years and has treated thousands of patients. Matthew has previously lectured in Australian Universities and a US tertiary college and was on staff at several Australian hospitals. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Sydney, is a Churchill Fellow, and has had several articles and other works (music) published. Matthew regularly gives public talks in Australia and overseas on how to improve your mental health. He wants to continue enjoying his family, friends, work and spectator sports, so he follows these five steps himself.
