Michelle has worked in the Boarding Industry for 6 years. She has worked in a Co-Ed Boarding Facility, and is currently employed at an All-Girls Boarding School. With the boarding industry evolving, she identified a need that students could be better prepared for entry into boarding by having a basic and practical understanding of the modern boarding expectations.
Michelle has a Counselling Diploma, a Qualification in Youth Work and Residential Care, and she continues to participate in personal development courses and workshops.
