About the Author

Jodie was a human rights and discrimination lawyer and executive coach for many years before becoming a meditation teacher and busy (but much more relaxed) mother of two. She is a writer for Wellbeing Magazine and through her business Meditate the World she lives, teaches and plays in all things meditation. She believes that more love is brought into the world when we experience who we truly are.

Angela is an designer / illustrator who grew up on the rugged coast of South Western Australia.
She likes to experiment with various collage techniques using hand drawn elements. She works mainly as a textile designer for fashion, however she dreams of the day when she can spend all her time painting and not having to go into the office. She resides in sunny Sydney, in a house full of funny flatmates and succulents.
