Throughout the Nine Kingdoms the Dragons are known and respected, and loved. They serve as teachers, guides and protectors. That is until the Age of the Dark Ones, Black and Red Dragons of destructive power who leave devastation in their wake.

In the twilight of that age a Dark Queen conceals herself from the Dragons through the ways of the Dark Ones, and commands a Dragon through her dark magic.
