POAM: Prayers of a Mother is a book of prayer and reflection and Judi’s Mother heart underpins each verse. Youth feature strongly in much of her poetry but as well a broad range of subject matter is covered including but not limited to: prayer, faith, motherhood, womanhood, marriage, forgiveness, addiction, healing and un-belief.

Not always a ‘soft’ read, some of Judi’s poetry will take you on a very different journey, but always her deep and personal faith shines through.

About the Author

Judi is a registered nurse and a published poet. Her book of poetry relating to her career as a nurse: Nursey Rhymes-Have You Seen My Uterus? was published last year and Judi has been delighted by its success. She loves nothing more than an opportunity to personally present her work.

After losing her husband in a car accident many years ago when her children were very young Judi’s Christian poetry began to materialize. She  lives in N.E.Victoria and is now married to Rob. In addition to her daughter and son she has two step daughters and an extended family which includes three precious grandchildren.
