About the Author

Fay was born and raised in Fremantle, Western Australia, devoting her life to her family nurturing, loving and caring for her children and grandchildren with an endless concern for their wellness and happy lives. 
With ambition to be a writer Fay attended night school to learn creative writing. In 1985 she decided to focus on writing some warm-hearted stories for her grandchildren, full of intrigue and adventure about a Quokka called Quincy from Rottnest Island.

The series of four stories were quietly kept away in her home for the opportune time to share with children worldwide. Sadly Fay passed away in 2017 without publication of her delightful story books and as a tribute to Fay her children have brought her special stories to life.

Fay’s first book “Quincy Rides the Waves” will be released in April 2019 and her continuing sequel of three additional stories of the adventures of Quincy Quokka will follow.
