A Cat's Life
Mount Isa to Karratha is a fair trip by any standard, that’s if you go direct. But when you’re a cat you tag along on the coat tails of your owners as they meander across Australia chasing a train. Each port of call is a new adventure and another trip to the vet, but you get there.

Doug Barnard came to Australia in 1990, with his two Citroen 2CV’s, guitar and camera, settling in Fremantle. He found work in the construction industry and travelled around the island pausing in Mount Isa North West Queensland. It was here he met Sam, and the journey working their way back to Western Australia began.
