Victim or Victor? Now there’s a question.
We live in a world where being a victim has sadly become
the ‘norm’. I understand, as I was a victim for many
years. If I had not met a very special Saviour I would
still be one. I have learnt to forgive and to release, and
you could too.
As you turn these pages, I hope you will find hope and
freedom. This is a book for men and women. It has been
used in small groups followed by discussions, as well as
individually. The print edition has been given to prisons
in the UK and South Africa.
Margaret is a wife, mother, grandmother, great
grandmother, preacher and author. She travels both
nationally and internationally, speaking in churches and
conferences. She has overcome many of life’s issues – such
as abuse, divorce, and cancer. She shares her story with
wit and humour, bringing hope and healing to many. With a
passion to see people walk in freedom and truth, she hopes
these words will be said of her:
“Her clothes are well-made and elegant, and she always
faces tomorrow with a smile.
When she speaks, she has something worthwhile to say and
she always says it kindly.
She keeps an eye on everyone in her household, and keeps
them all busy and productive.
Her children respect and bless her; her husband joins in
the words of praise: ‘Many women have done wonderful
things but you’ve outclassed them all.’”
– Proverbs 31v25 from ‘The Message’
